Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

When bug 1392841 landed, it brought big improvements noticed by sessionrestore_many_windows perf tests, until the backouts. With this bug, I'm able to watch for the stable landing of the bug, and then confirm the improvement.

Closing old win7 regressions

and bug 1392841 eventually did land, which should've fixed this
