Like other transforms, partial generation uses the treeherder machine platform as a platform key for other lookups.  This is linux32 for 32 bit linux nightlies, but the current platform map used by taskcluster/taskgraph/util/partials.py expects it to be 'linux'

LGTM. We might want to add a comment to explain why we have both "linux" and "linux32" (even though we don't know yet if "linux" is actually used). This may confuse our future selves.
