The first active tab has on the left a border which makes look the tab as 1px indented.

On Linux the patch removes always the left border on the first tab. On macOS it is removed when in fullscreen or when the tabs are not in titlebar. In all other cases it's shown because the window controls are on the left of the tabs. On Windows it's always hidden on the first tab except on Win 7 Glass and Win 8 default theme. Here the tab border is used to draw the window inner border like we do around the content below the tabs. I also reordered a media query for win 10 to sort them in ascending order.
