Return to buglist fails after editing a bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. Search for bugs
2. Click on a bug in the list
3. Edit it and save the change
4. Click `return to buglist`
Expected behavior:
Go back to buglist
Actual behavior:
Error about search without parameter values.

The link for `return to buglist` is
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?regetlastlist=
so the buglist number argument is lost when saving the bug.
Marking as a high priority because this feature is used by triagers.
