User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build ID: 20170914024831 Steps to reproduce: 1. Disable the auto-hide feature of the download button. 2. Make sure there are no downloads listed in the download panel. Actual results: The centre aligned "No downloads for this session" text doesn't look right with the left aligned "Show all downloads" text. See attachment. Expected results: I think `#emptyDownloads { padding: 16px 14px; }` looks better; 14px being the same L/R padding for the "Show all downloads" text.
