When reading a message with many attachments, the little attachments window
doesn't seem to allow me to scroll down to the last one.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.receive a message with many attachments
2.read it
3.move the thumb on the attachments scrollbar down to the bottom

Actual Results:  can see the top few pixels of the last attachment's name, but
not enough to read it.

Expected Results:  When scrolled down to the end, I should be able to see the
last item in the list.

Using the Mozilla 1.0rc1 RPMs on a Red Hat 7.2 system, with the Modern skin. 
Will attach a small image to show what it looks like.

Attachment: shows incorrect scrolling behaviour

In the image, the scroll thumb is at the lowest position it can go, while the
last attachment is still not completely visible.

I can confirm this on 1.0RC2 on winXP Pro as well.

Confirmed with RC3 on Win98 as well. Sometimes the scrollbar doesn't appear at
all - only workaround is clicking once on an attachment and then using the arrow
keys to navigate to the others. Usually this leads to the top attachment
dissapearing (instantly) while viewing the first off-window attachment as well.

In Windows build 2002053012 this bug exists... If there are more attachments
than the window in the header bar can display, there is no way to scroll down to
access them. 

Turning on full header display will expand the header bar downwards and with it,
the attachment display, and the formerly hidden attachments may be accessed.

13 march 2003: Wow, this bug is almost a year old!

Two images attached: first one shows the problem: well you can only see a very
fine blue line under Gangsofnewyorkcover.ncd. You can select it with your mouse
if you click on it, but it's not easy.
Second image: if you click on another message and then again on the message
with multiple attachments you can scroll all the way down and see the last
attachment

last attachment ( here winxp_dnscache.zip) is shown correctly if you click
on another message and then back on the message with multiple attachments

Oh I forgot to express my frustration/anger/whatever about this bug:
This is a very unpleasant bug if you send someone with a mozilla client a message 
with multiple attachments and that person is not aware that he can't see the last 
attachment. That last attachment was for me very much required in the last
e-mail I sent, so please fix this. I'm glad I can find so much info on this in
bugzilla but 
I can't appreciate it that this problem is almost a year old. Of course, I can
only complain about it, if I did know how to program I would fix it myself.

Maybe this is already fixed in 1.3 beta, I don't know.
