Not sure why it was disabled since it was here before "the grand migration". Anyway, refactoring this a bit and putting it in the clipboard subsuite

I'm confused, there are 2 tests with almost the same name: browser_webconsole_copy_link_location.js and browser_webconsole_context_menu_copy_link_location.js and it looks like you enable one in browser.ini but changed the other. Should one be deleted?
