1402176 - "Recent Highlights" in Library panel only shown in one window.

I have two Firefox windows. In one (where most of my stuff is), clicking the Library button shows te new "Recent Highlights" section. In the other, this section is missing (but the other entries for the Bookmarks, Downloads, etc subviews are present)

Current Nightly, macOS.

If will be helpful then from my observation these Recent Hightlights stop showing up when I click on one of the submenus in Library menu (bookmarks, history, downloads) and then click somewhere else (e.g. titlebar). They are not coming back until browser restart or new window is opened.

Yeah, same here.
A consistent STR (at least on my machine):
1. Start Nightly
2. Open the Library
3. Click Bookmarks
4. Click one of the tabs (that's just an example. You can click elsewhere)
5. Open the Library - no Recent Highlights section shown
6. Restart Nightly - Recent Highlights is visible again
