Steps to reproduce:
58.0a1 (2017-09-22) (64-Bit)
macOS 10.12.6
1.) Switch into Full Screen Mode
2.) Exit Full Screen Mode
3.) Take a look at the transition during step 1 and step 2
Actual results:
The tabs are moving in some steps.
Expected results:
The tabs should move smooth in one step.

Confirmed as reproduce here on OS X 10.9 with latest nightly.

I have a patch that eliminates the first jump in bug 1373581 and will look into landing this soon (there are a few test failures). We should be able to eliminate the second jump eventually as well.
