"This is OK for now, but maybe file a followup to make `mAssociatedLink` an `Element*`?  ChromeContextMenuListener::HandleEvent should be able to provide one pretty easily here.  And then we wouldn't have to worry about whether it QIs to nsIContent (which not all  nsIDOMNodes do, but all current values of mAssociatedLink do, I think)."
