i am unable to sort message folder list in messenger. there are tabs for name,
and unreadmessages, but trying to sort my folders in descending order does not
do anything.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open messenger
2. try to change sort order of folder list by name
3. try again..

Actual Results:  no sorting occured

Expected Results:  sorted the folder list according what i dold

I'm not sure we ever had any folder sorting in mozilla/netscape 6.x.

I found that the folders were sorted in reverse order when I accidentally
clicked on the Name column - however clicking a further time would not return
the sorting to acending.
The sorting was corrected by closing the Mail Window and opening it again,
however further attempts to sort it do nothing.
