What did you do? ================ https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Location says "The Location response header only provides a meaning when served with a 3xx status response." What happened? ============== https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7231#section-7.1.2 states "For 201 (Created) responses, the Location value refers to the primary resource created by the request." What should have happened? ========================== The wiki shall not state, that location can be used only with 3xx responses. Is there anything else we should know? ======================================
