Steps to reproduce:

1. Created a new FF profile
2. Opened websites with that profile.


Actual results:

- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page: The favicon on the tab head is scaled down by a factor of about 2
- https://duckduckgo.com/: The favicon on the tab has red background and is slightly blurred.


Expected results:

The favicons should be like in previous versions of FF (tested in Tor Browser 7.0.5 based on FF 52.3.0).
