This is for releasing Project Zerda after sprint#8, for Mozillians to dogfooding.
Plan is to distribute it under Project Zerda's beta program (Non-Public). 

I'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing and upload date is Sep28 (Central European time)

:jlorenzo is PTO this week but either me/kmoir can help with this.
Once they are uploaded somebody on releaseduty rotation can pick this up.

We have somewhat delay for bug fixing.
The target APK will come out and tested around Sep29 (European timezone) morning.
