Due to various reasons, existing beetmoverworkers pool no longer can keep up to. We need to upgrade this instance type. Actions: 1) via aws console, upgrade the current pool from t2.micro to t2.medium 2) change https://github.com/mozilla-releng/build-cloud-tools/blob/master/configs/beetmoverworker#L8 to reflect the new instance type
