"Ask me before downloading an image" option does not work with links in images
to internet in spam html mails received

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Mark "Ask me before downloading an image" option
2.Receive an html message with images links to internet


Actual Results:  There is no question, all images are loaded.

Expected Results:  Ask if load images for this "site"
