140298 - Creating a sub folder while creating a mail filter doesn't show the sub-folder

If I use the "create filter from message" option, I can have the message moved 
to a certain folder, for that you have an interface to create new folders if I 
need to.
So I create my first folder called "Mailing Lists" in the intent to put another 
folder under it called "Bugtraq" to store all my list traffic there.
I use the "New Folder..." button twice to create the two folders under my Local-
Folders, and when I'm finished I can see in the listboxes in the "Filter Rules" 
window the following on the bottom:
Perform this action: [Move to Folder] [Bugtraq under Loca..]
This is great, however when I click the second list-box (the one saying 
bugtraq...) I can scroll down to my newly-created "Mailing Lists" folder, but 
not to "Bugtraq". If i don't change anything from this point, I get when I 
wanted - my email will be put in the right box, but If i change to another 
folder, and want to change back - I can't!
If i enter the rule, and then go back to edit it - everything's fine - the 
folder is accessible from the list box - it only happens the first time when I 
created the two folders one inside the other.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the "Create filter from message" command
2.Create two folders under the Local-Folders box, one should be directly under 
Local-folders, the second should be a sub-folder of the first
3. Try to locate the second folder in the folders listbox

Expected Results:  I should be able to see the sub-folder in the listbox the 
same way i can see all other folders
