I tried to use `mach try fuzzy` - it runs, shows me the fzf interface with the tasks. I picked the "test-linux64-qr/debug-reftest-e10s-2" job and hit enter. fzf exited but then I got this error message on the console:

STOP! A commit message with try syntax is required.

I'm running this on a hg repo with m-c tip as the current branch. I've gotten this error in the past as well, so it might be something to do with my local setup. However there don't appear to be any working verbosity flags to `mach try fuzzy` so debugging this is going to be annoying.
I should also note that using `mach try syntax` works fine for me, so it's not a general `mach try` bustage.
I tried this and it looks like it works:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=4ccfc33a6c1406829537ff711dbdbd33bf9456cc

maybe there is a config difference
I have a vague recollection of seeing this error. I think updating the version-control-tools repository fixed it?

Ah, that did it, thanks!
