Details
in bug 1388764, we disabled layout/reftests/bugs/508908-1.xul to prevent a high frequency failure showing a crash in mozilla::ipc::MessageChannel::WillDestroyCurrentMessageLoop(). We also had a band-aid in bug 1398070. In this bug we should work on fixing the real problem, and ideally enable the test case again.

Looking at hg logs, this test was changed to work with async plugin initialization. Now that that has been removed, maybe the test could be reverted? I don't know if that would actually help but maybe...
