Details

devtools.responsive.html.enabled is enabled by default in all channels now, and the old UI is used for non-e10s. We can remove support for this in 58. A few things to do here: * Delete old code + tests * Remove the devtools.responsive.html.enabled pref * Update / remove MDN docs - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode_(before_Firefox_52), and the banner at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode
