140349 - 1.0rc1 does not install

When trying to install 1.0rc1, splash screen appears but after 15 seconds all installation activity stops and only a force quit will stop the stalled 
process. Both complete install and custom install with only browser and chat. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download installer
2.Unstuff
3.Begin installation process

Actual Results:  Installation splash screen appeared and activity began and continued for about 15 seconds. Five minutes later with no further activity, 
force quit.

Expected Results:  Installed.

Build .099 installed on the same system and worked well.

have you tried the latest mozilla - rc3 ?
