Following the investigative process carried out in m.d.s.p.:

the decision has been made by the Mozilla CA Certificates Module Owner and Peers to remove the PSPProcert trust anchor from our root program. It's this certificate here:

Kathleen says she expects this to happen as part of the October batch of root changes, which would go into Firefox 58.
