Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Library -> Downloads panel
2) Move mouse cursors over downloads list


Actual results:

Download items height changes on hover


Expected results:

Download items height should be costant

In the attached image case, first item height (Ordini.pdf) doesn't change height, while the other ones change height when hovering with mouse.
It could be related to the fact that these last items have been removed from file system.
