From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020426 Netscape6/6.2.1+
BuildID: 20020426
If a thirdparty client wants to embed the Gecko engine inside their client, they
have to go into the moz dir and register the activex control manually to enable
other apps to be able to load the engine.
Winamp3 has an option to load Gecko as the engine however it doesn't function
until you register it yourself. Would you please register the control on
installation so that other apps can leverage it if present?
Reproducible: Didn't try
This is an xpinstall issue. I'll dig around since I think there's a bug which
already covers this issue...

The ActiveX embedding API was removed in bug 662023 and friends, making this INVALID.
