Good news, there is a runbook for Mozillians, created via Bug 1342156.
Bad news, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Websites/Mozillians.org is outdated. We (ParSys) will update it in the next sprint. Thanks for discovering this!

Is that the "only" website that is production grade for Parsys ?

Will this cover all Parsys systems listed in comment #3 ? or will there be more than one escalation policy? (once I know I can link pages to our internal mana page describing escalation policies).

Works for me I've added these to our escalation documentation. I see that you mention pingdom? is that your instance or some crufty left over, because we moved to New Relics for external monitoring.
