Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new firefox 57 window
2. Navigate to any website
Actual results:
Contrast between tab bar and toolbar is too high. This results in toolbar/address bar constantly pulling eyes' attention. This is specially true in darker websites such as netflix.com or darktable.org.
Expected results:
Window decorations and toolbars should not pull attention away from the content.

This is basically bug 1376313 and we've decided not to change it.
