140470 - persistent collapsed compose window across new windows

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020421

- On MacOS, go to your mail inbox and look at a message that's there
- Hit reply, thereby opening a new compose window
- Collapse the window by, say, double clicking the window's title bar
- Close the window by either command-w or the close-window button
- Select another message in your inbox
- Hit reply again

The new compose window will also be collapsed.  Expected behavior is not to have
it collapsed.

This could lead to confusion, especially if there are lots of windows open, or
if the new 'window' (or title bar, from the user's perspective) is lined up
title-bar on title-bar with another window and it's hard to find/see.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.

I cannot confirm this behaviour in MacOS X with a recent build because windows
behave different in OSX.
Because we are not working on anything dealing with old Mac since 1.3.1 anymore,
I mark this "WONTFIX".
