Is translated as:
<p>&brandShortName; konnte mit <span id=&#39;wrongSystemTimeWithoutReference_URL&#39;/> keine gesicherte Verbindung aufbauen, da Ihr Computer ein falsches Datum oder eine falsche Uhrzeit zu verwenden scheint.</p> <p>Auf Ihrem Computer ist es der <span id=&#39;wrongSystemTime_systemDate&#39;/>. Korrigieren Sie Datum und Uhrzeit auf Ihrem Computer auf die richtigen Werte, um das Problem zu beheben.</p>

And should be:
The second span ID is incorrect (probably copy and past from the other error string). Not sure if the translation is still correct.
