1. Visit YouTube, open a video.
2. Full screen the video, then close it.
This is 100% reproducible for me on latest 57 and 58 builds on macOS High Sierra. Note in the attached screenshot how the word "Nightly"—the window title in the title bar—overlays the tab bar.
This can be fixed by going to the customize screen and toggling the visibility of the title bar.

Does this only occur in themes or also in default mode? Can you check that this was fixed with bug 1390885 (very latest Nightly?)

Being on High Sierra, I've been using the Light theme (bug 1400057 et al) and have been on compact density. Just updated to the very latest Nightly, and I'm not able to reproduce, so I suspect that bug 1390885 got it.
I'll close, and will reopen if I can reproduce again.
