at the moment we only have a test with an obvious test case.
We should migrate the cases from http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/devtools/client/webconsole/test/browser_webconsole_count.js into mocha

This patch adds a few console.count stubs and check
that they all render as expected.

mocha tests are failing, but not the one added there. Those tests are being fixed in Bug 1428394

These are tests. So, there is no need for 58. Mark 58 won't fix.
