In order to help the Quantum flow initiatie for DevTools, we should add Telemetry probes to tracks various web developer interactions. Ideally, these probes would be synchronized with DAMP in order to help tracking the various developer scenarios and ensure we don't regress them. Having both DAMP and Telemetry would help ensuring DAMP results really correlates to user experience and would prevent releasing performance regression. While having telemetry would help understanding what users experience, which may be very different from our developer experience on high end laptops.
