Changing the option: allow webpages to: "move or resize existing windows" a
browser-restart is necessary before the new setting is beeing applied - even on
websites being loaded afterwards.

Worksforme. This was a bug in 0.9.9 and has since been fixed. Please reopen if
you're seeing this with a current build (and please always list your build ID in
bug reports).
