Details 
This is Project Zerda RC3, which is the candidate to release as open-beta on Oct-9
Will distribute it under Project Zerda's beta program (Non-Public) and test for a few days before Oct-9.

I'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing and upload date is Oct5 (Central European time)
