Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; T312461)
BuildID: 2002041711

in preferences (maybe) made a bad setting of the display dpi - and since than
the mozilla is not to use - can not even read the help - the total picture is
broken into blue and red lines with some text inbetween

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. de- and reinstall
2. install the release candidate
3.

Actual Results: after reinstall the bug remained, still on the other user in
this PC the mozilla is perfect

Expected Results: how the hell should get the geniune preference setting get
back?

I am not a developer - maybe total mistaken here - but I found it interesting
to try - I guess, this product is in this state rather less foolproof - that
is, by some user mistake goes perfectly unusable :(
Can you attach a screenshot ?
Note: This bug is invalid if you played with debug settings.
(I think you enabled "debug XUL boxes")

Reporter:
Please don't play with debug settings if you don't know what they do.
Please search your profile (it's in your OS user directory) and open the file
"prefs.js" with notepad.

search a line with xul.debug.box and change it from true to false.
user_pref("xul.debug.box", false);

(but be sure that you close mozilla before you change the file)
