OS] Feature Request: Add space above the Tab Strip when a window is in mac OS Full Screen
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3233.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: macOS 10.12.6 58.0a1 (2017-10-05) (64-Bit) 1.) Open a new Window 2.) Go into macOS Full Screen Mode with that window Actual results: The Tab Strip is very close to the top of the screen. Expected results: It would be nice, if there could be a space (in the height of the Drag Space) above the Tab Strip, when a window is in macOS Fullscreen Mode. Currently, it often happens to me that the Menu Bar accidentally appears, when I switch tabs because the mouse cursor touches the edge of the screen.
Hm, we could consider duping this with bug 1405282 and enabling the user to get that extra space by enabling it in customize mode. I don't think this should live under Photon, as the project is almost finished.

I prefer to leave this open as a separate MacOS-Specific report. But please feel free to merge them together, if you think the fix of bug 1405282 will also have an effect on this report. Thank you :-)
