Keyboard shortcuts, unlike accesskeys, should not be translated unless the key in question is not available in the keyboard layout.

Shortcuts are common through different applications, think for example of ctrl+c and ctrl+v, and should be changed in very rare occasions.

All shortcuts have been fixed in the past weeks.
