Neither galeon nor mozilla (rc1 2002042707) back a few 0.99 revisions can
complete step "3" of selling an item on EBay. Completing these steps is easy
enough, as one has not committed to selling anything, so it should be fairly
testable.

Netscape 4.08 and 4.79 worked just fine.
Additionally, I had some trouble after I restarted mozilla (and galeon). Tried
both for over an hour with no success.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to www.ebay.com
Click 'Sell' at the top.
Click 'Ebay Motors' on left.
Click "Parts or Accessories"
Click "Parts and Accessories"
Click "Motorcycle Releated"
Click "General"
Click "Continue"
Fill in a title, and a description.
Click Continue
Fill in the relevant data, such as starting price, etc.. Basically, stuff marked
with a star.
Click continue.
Aha! Nothing.
Open a javascript window.
Click continue.
You get:
Error: document.SelectorForm.StoreDeptId has no properties
In http://cgi5.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll, Line 75,

Actual Results: Nothing.
Just a javascript error.
Grr!

Expected Results: Continued and allowed me to enter the 4th stage of selling.
[Sounds religious!]
