Steps to reproduce:
Enable WebRender:
turn on gfx.webrender.enabled
turn on gfx.webrendest.enabled
turn on gfx.webrender.layers-free
turn on gfx.webrender.blob-images
turn on layers.acceleration.force-enabled
1. Navigate to about:about
2. Use touchpad two finger scroll to scroll, or grab scrollbar and drag down page
Actual results:
Scrolling does not occur.
Expected results:
Scrolling works like it does on other pages.
