Steps to reproduce:

macOS 10.12.6
58.0a1 (2017-10-07) (64-Bit)

1.) enable Drag Space in Customizing
2.) open some tabs in a window
3.) hover over the very left tab



Actual results:

The very left divider is 1px too high in Trunk compared to Beta.


Expected results:

Same hight like in Beta? Not sure if this is intended or not.
