1406853 - In battery saving mode, the status bar background is white and icons not visible

In battery safe mode, I have noticed the status bar does not change background color and icons are not visible. I am not sure if this is a bug of Fennec or Android, but it does work correctly in Pocket, where the app UI is also white.

In normal mode everything is OK. See the screenshots to compare.
