Details

We're still exposing chrome://global/locale/brand.dtd, but we're not using it.

It's marked as Add-on compat in https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/test/static/browser_all_files_referenced.js#51, which also indicates that now is a good time to kill it.

Means removing the file in toolkit/locales/generic, drop if from jar.mn, drop it from the test, too.

bug 1429394 took care of that.
