Main screen is Windows 10 Razer Blade, set to 250% scale. 2nd screen is external 1920px display, set to 100% Having Firefox on the second display blows up the download dialog and extension overlays.

Sounds like a Widget:Win32 issue. What specific version of Windows 10 are you using? There have been changes to the multiple-resolution support since the initial release, so this may be relevant to the behavior.
