Not a localization bug (the string is hardcoded).
See also https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/mozilla.dev.l10n/vwgrNrm90q8 but contrary to the arguments on the mailing list and in the bug 1198920 strangly, there was a need for few nearly identical strings - https://transvision.mozfr.org/?recherche=e10s&repo=release&sourcelocale=en-US&locale=pl&search_type=strings

Thanks for the report. Turns out this menu entry is being removed in a few days, by bug 1407351.
