I'm reporting this on behalf of another user. On Windows 7, the purple tab bar looks out of place against the Aero-style title bar that surrounds it, and the white New Tab button on the far right is difficult to make out---see the attached screenshot.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Windows 7 is still more widespread than Windows 10, and a UI issue with a central component like the tab bar could lead to a bad first impression of the 57 release.
