I get an application error when restarting browser without quick launch enabled.
If I shut down the browser and then quickly try to restart, I sometimes get an
application error. so far I've gott two different errormessages.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shut down the browser. (and quick launch if you have it enabled.)
2. Try to restart the browser. (I dont know if this this needs to be done
quickly or not...)
3. You get an application error, and the browser doesn't start.
4. The next time you start the browser it works just fine.

Actual Results:  the browser doesn't start, and you get an application error.

Expected Results:  The browser restarts.

This is a dupe of bug 119034

BTW: we need the talkback ID for a crash...
