STR: 1) Start up a debugging session for xpcshell-tests, e.g. ./mach xpcshell-test --jsdebugger toolkit/components/places/tests/unit/test_bookmarks_html.js 2) Go to Tools -> Web Developer -> Connect, then select "Connect" followed by "Main Process" Expected Results Debugger appears & you can interact with it. Actual results Debugger window appears but it is virtually blank. MozRegression shows the regression point is bug 1406551. Setting as blocker as this makes it harder for developers to debug xpcshell.

Seems fixed by the new debugger bundle from Bug 1407840 (currently on inbound). This failure is also impacting the Browser Content Toolbox, for which we will have a smoke test after Bug 1407426 lands.
Depends on: 1407840

Just tested, I think this is now fixed on central / latest Nightly. An integration test is also currently on autoland.
