Details

Currently, signoffs for the thunderbird product require two sign-offs from releng role. Now that Thunderbird has somebody employed doing build/release work (me), it would be useful to allow sign-offs from Thunderbird. Since I am currently the only thunderbird dev with access to balrog, and I don't want to be a bottleneck for any sign-offs, I don't want just add a thunderbird role with just me as required-signoff. My thought is add a new role "thunderbird", and add everybody with the releng role to that role, as well as myself.
Perhaps it should be `tb-releng`?
