[RTL] The "Show two rows" icon on the New Tab Preferences overlaps the checkbox if a scrollbar is visible

Show two rows icon partially hidden
Using latest Nightly, Windows 10.
STR:
0. (Optional; if done- step 4 is probably not needed) Set Windows's DPI to 150% or so
1. Install RTL build of Nightly
2. Open a New Tab
3. Click the New Tab Preferences button
4. Zoom in so a scrollbar for the preferences would apppear

The "Show two rows" icon gets partially hidden by the checkbox
ER:
It shouldn't.
This works nicely on an English build.
See attached, taken from my 150% DPI Windows, New Tab not zoomed-in.
