This is Project Zerda v0.9, which is the candidate to release as open-beta on Oct-18.

I'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing and upload date is Oct18 (Central European time)
