I cannot load any webpage with a recent version of Nightly on a Windows 7 computer that also runs "Symantec Endpoint Protection". Nightly worked without a problem earlier this week. I can reproduce the problem with a new profile also.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the URL bar, type any address, hit enter or click the arrow to start the page load.
Actual Results: Nothing happens
Expected Results: The page should load
With a new profile, the default pages do not load either. Same problem when clicking on bookmarks.
I used mozregression and the result was :

Found commit message:
Bug 1406068: Expand the list of DLLs that are suspected of causing a crash in ImageBridgeChild::InitForContent. r=jimm
If I understand well, this bug changed something linked to Symantec :
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/dfc9fb9a35b3#l1.43
As stated in the intro, "Symantec Endpoint Protection" is running on my PC, so that could be a cause.

Looks like the problem is fixed today. According to mozregression it was fixed by the change 381e276f35340f607ad5b5df2f053a6529b1c8cc :
Bug 1407766 - Remove symantec dlls from the content process dll blocklist due to process startup issues associated with symantec av products. r=bobowen
